Desperately need an episode in S2 of The Studio where the entire episode takes place during a 20 minute applause at Cannes

enjoying this from @pineapplemedia & wondery - from the host of 9/12 (a.k.a. one of the all-time best podcasts) & traversing similar terrain to the film 'The Fits', this is a fascinating story, empathetically & inquisitively told.

😱 Ah! Terrifying! @meeerakumar, @jeven_stackson and I are launching an independent podcast! Specifically, a show which features strange and surprising LGBTQ stories. If you like our trailer and want to find out more, please visit our Kickstarter: kickstarter.com/projects/935…

One of the best Women's Wimbledon finals in my memory. Don't recall vocalising that much since the days of Serena vs Venus.

Fancy Dance, starring Lily Gladstone, is out this week in the UK and you should see it if you get a chance. It's a beautiful, moving little indie made by and with indigenous people, taking on the shape of a loose crime story but going *places* with it. Well worth your time.

Now I'm no longer in the running, taking a moment to celebrate the small win that was having my story 'The Eclipse' long-listed for this 💫
THE LONGLIST👀 Thank you to everyone who submitted to the Desperate Literature Prize for Short Fiction. After months of reading, we've selected just under 50 stories for our longlist! All authors will receive one year’s access to @TLCUK's ‘Being a Writer’ platform. More soon!
