People who had ever used cannabis tended to have larger brain volume in key areas that are full of natural cannabis-like receptors (especially the hippocampus, amygdala, caudate, and putamen – these areas are important for memory, emotions, learning, and movement).
The more cannabis someone had used in their lifetime, the larger these brain areas were and the better they performed on tests of learning, processing speed, and short-term memory.

Ukraine as an independent state never had nuclear weapons.
Those nukes were built, funded, maintained and controlled by Moscow, Ukraine was a launch site without operational control.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, nukes on the territory of Ukraine were recovered in exchange for security & neutrality which Ukraine broke.
Also, the Russian Federation alone absorbed all USSR debt, including Ukraine's. Without Russia, Ukraine would have financially collapsed in the 1990s.
If you want to visualize this in today's world, the US nukes in Italy or Germany are Washington's. These countries are launch sites, in event NATO breaks, Germany doesn't have operational control.
