Nurse for 20 years. I ship healthcare AI tools to prove what works, and audit what doesn’t. 70 iOS apps, 709 sites, 18 podcasts. NULLIUS IN VERBA

Check what I build 👉
Joined June 2013
I spent 20 years as a nurse watching healthcare tech fail the people who do the actual work. Not doctors in university hospitals. The other 90%. Nurses, aides, home health teams, the secretary who runs the whole clinic from a paper notebook. So I stopped waiting and started shipping. 5 iOS apps. 7 healthcare websites. A podcast that grew to 10k monthly listens. Two books. All designed, built and shipped by one nurse. I also failed. I launched a crypto consulting company 15 days before the 2022 bear market. It took my savings. That failure taught me more about hype, timing and wishful thinking than any success ever did. Here’s what I know now: Most healthcare AI will never be adopted. Not because the tech is bad. Because nobody in the room has ever pushed a med cart, charted at 3am, or chased a billing code on a Friday. The graveyard of healthcare tech is full of brilliant tools that clinicians opened once. That’s the gap I work in. I audit healthcare companies and AI products from the side of the people who have to use them. What will survive contact with the ward floor, what won’t, and what to build instead. If you’re building in healthcare AI, or being sold AI you can’t evaluate, my shelf is at steverover.com and the intro call is free. I’ll tell you the truth. Even when it costs me the sale.

$1700 since January, I never coded before. For now it only pays my AI fees but last weeks progression looks good. One of my apps has a huge potential (in Tarot and Oracles) but I struggle to market it.

Every time I need to open a box of pills for my patients. 20 times a week. 4 to 10 boxes per patient. 😤😂

Who cares ? 90% of people using a camera already don’t know how to use an aperture. So dealing with an aperture on an iPhone won’t change anything for 999/1000 users. And I might be generous here.
Btw variable aperture on a phone is not new

Once more @youtube changed my settings without my consent. This PISSES ME OFF.

I just won’t work my apps on the Duo until I reach 1 million users.
These are the new screen poses you’ll need to support for the new iPhone Duo

Congrats Marc ! T’es le meilleur ! I wish you to rise up to $10M before Xmas.
Today is a special day for me. I've made $3M with my 36 startups. Solo. 85% margin. Bootstrapped. It took 10 years, and I loved every second of it. After failing as an entrepreneur for 5 years, I got a job in 2021. That's when I discovered @levelsio's journey and decided to try again. "If he can do it, maybe I can too?" So I started building tiny startups and writing about it. 2021 and 2022 were quiet, but I was having fun. Everything changed in 2023 when I launched ShipFast and made my first million. Building something people finally paid for and enjoyed made me so happy. My first 5 years of failures taught me not to get emotionally attached to a project, because everything goes to 0 eventually. So I just kept shipping. It's 2026, and I've launched 36 startups. 50% never made money. Only 11% made decent money. Back in 2016, when I started, I believed I would make it. If I had known it would take 7 years of failure, I probably would never have started. That's why I'm stupidly optimistic. I don't think in years. I don't dream big. I think in weeks. I build tiny projects fast. And I quit even faster. That's how I wake up happy, enjoy the journey, and eventually build life-changing projects. If you've been following the journey, thank you. You've given my posts a sense of purpose, which has kept me going, and I'm very grateful for this. ❤️

I think both are great. Astra is basic but could go very deep with the great prompt and usage knowledge. That's a great healthcare app
gave GPT Astra the home screen of Health Vault, the app i’m building, and asked it to try its own design. mine on the left, its version on the right. I think I’m gonna stick with mine 😂 which one would you prefer?

As a health tech pro, I’m impressed.
since you guys loved the exploding tesla.. I used GPT-6 Astra to create a 3D website that pulls apart the male anatomy into 2,234 modeled pieces! we are in a renaissance of learning

That’s a lot to do… Once upon a time on internet, you could just chose to view content from US. Now I’m stuck with shitty French content, or have to go through 50 steps that will end to be blocked in a few months.
heres how to make any phone hit a US audience on tiktok. step by step 🇺🇸 1) buy a used iphone 12 (~$50), factory reset it and take the sim out 2) on the setup screens when it first boots up, set the language to english and the country to United States, then connect to wifi 3) create a US apple id and verify it with a US number from grizzly sms (grizzlysms.com/apple, top up a few dollars and buy a dedicated apple number) 4) turn off mobile data and bluetooth, then Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → off, and Settings → [your apple id] → Find My → Find My iPhone → off 5) Settings → General → Date & Time → disable "Set Automatically" → set to the US city your proxy is in 6) open the weather app, it should now show US weather. if it doesnt, set the city manually (your location check) 7) download shadowrocket from the app store (~$3, you need a US itunes gift card since the account is US) 8) buy an isp proxy at iproyal (dashboard.iproyal.com), pick the "ip quality" option for a low fraud score, then set the protocol to socks5 9) add it in shadowrocket: set the type to socks5, then enter the address, port, user and password and save 10) check the proxy at ipqualityscore.com and scamalytics.com, both have to read low risk and ipqs must show false for vpn, tor and proxy 11) make an outlook/proton email and use it to create the tiktok account 12) open the app, if you see a US shop and a US for you page its all set up right 13) then warm it up for 48 hours before you post, just scroll a few times a day and engage with US content

That’s because we’re 8 billion humans, and so yeah you can hear billions of people calling it ridiculous and yet having billions buying it, without being the same persons. And on social media, even if 100 persons call it ridiculously expensive, the echo chamber will make them sound like if 8 billions thought this. People really need to understand that. For ANY OPINION, you can hear something and see people do the opposite, and it just won’t mean that people changed their mind. THEY’RE JUST NOT THE SAME.
Prediction: If Apple launches a $2,000+ foldable, the internet will spend 24 hours calling it ridiculously expensive… …and then every version will be backordered. Bookmark this. 😂

so now @claudeai Fable 5 is getting "upset". When I explain it changed a code that worked until now and broke it, it answers "let's check your accusation"... It's not an accusation, it's a fact.

For years, I had an email transfer set up from @Outlook to my @gmail. For a reason I miss, they DEACTIVATED it a long time ago. I missed numerous of important email. Included a 1350€ sell on @eBay which cost me 319€ in fees, and no sell because the buyer opened a dispute. I'm so PISSED right now ! How did this happen @Microsoft ????
