After @airindia messed up with incorrect auto emails about our lost bag, Praveen Sundesha from JDH ground staff went above and beyond to provide us with correct info and updates, and we got our bag back in 48 hours. Most times, it’s people which provide CX, not computers.
Why this is *not* just one single old narcissist greedy man's problem. 👀

Another problem is that in most civilizations a driver's permit is required before being allowed on the streets - to ensure people are aware of the many ways a vehicle can inflict harm on themselves and others.
