@Rogers impossible to deal with. Waiting for phone service adjustment for my 88 year alzheimer/demential mother. An apppointment confirmation for 8:00 - 12:noon today which was sent yesterday at 10:33 am and many days prior - WITH THREATS OF FEEs its 2:00 lots of BS Long waits!

sadly, even after a written, signed, cancellation of membership and order and the rescinding of authorization to process card payments for and by my 86 year old mother @Melaleuca still processed the charge. I even asked that this get to the attention of @FLVanderSloot SAD
