@FranziaMom
really been jonesing for a mirrorless camera lately, i just have no goddamn clue what to look for or what i'd want out of it
Hey @Q4U102 @FitzMagician - guilty gear strive has long been a blind spot for me me, and you both know me well enough -- worth picking up and trying for the $20 sale price this week?
THIS. This is the kinda shit that gets me going - a classic, revelatory, 90s/00s Spin-feeling, magazine-style feature.
All I'll be listening to tomorrow after reading that is Dinosaur Jr.
New piece: 40 years of Dinosaur Jr., a band that works so well on stage they desperately needed to figure out how to make it work off stage. And they did, sort of. pitchfork.com/story/how-dino…
None More Black - what a fucking band. No one else like them and no one ever could be, a true 1:1. It's like insane they existed at all. Damn those songs are all so good.

I like trading cards way more than I like sports. I how much mana @DanSoder @CKlosterman and @Thrice would tap for if they were mtg

35 years ago today…A Tribe Called Quest dropped The Low End Theory….greatest hip hop album of all time!
Silver Jews' "Send in the Clouds" right into Pissed Jeans "Love Without Emotion" means shuffle really sees me today.
Imagine it's 1992, youve spent a few years jamming and dancing to Pretty Hate Machine. Walk into the store and see a new Nine Inch Nails EP on the shelf. The first minute of noise is interesting and then BAM, "Wish" kicks you right in the fucking mouth. Trent forever.
If this leaked Kim Gordon signature jazzmaster is real, I'll forsake my fender Japan elitism and buy the fuck out of this. Literally the closest thing to my dream jazzy to exist
so i miss writing words about things - going to keep up with doing this. if so inclined: stevecic.substack.com/p/on-f…

legit never thought i'd see the day where IGN gets rid of Brian Altano - games media man, its just been one long freefall since the magazines all died out. such a bummer.
Sturgill doing "Never Tear Us Apart"? Yes please.
