Eby wants another $1B a year from people earning over $190k, yet the announcement never lays out a concrete plan for what that money would actually buy.
In any serious organization you define the work first, then size the budget to match.
Here it’s just another levy on people already living in one of the most expensive, heavily taxed places on earth - more revenue without a spending blueprint is a blank cheque.
