I will never do another annuity with @StandardLifeUK they have held ckients money for well over a month - case sttill not set up and we are being told it coud be aother 23 working days. We have spent over 4 1/2 hours trying to get this resolved (lots of time in a queue).
@StandardLifeUK why can we not speak to managers about annuities - you have the clients monies we were told it would be set up this week now we are being told at least another month - this is truly unacceptable! initial errors were both ways but never picked up or questioned! 1/2

Watching @BBCBreakfast about Graduated Driving In Northern Ireland. When both of my boys passed their tests neither were allowed friends in car for 3 months one parent asked why I simply said they need to learn to drive now they’ve passed and I don’t want accidents.
Wish companies would stop saying look online to answer your query - If I could do this I wouldn’t be wasting hours of my time ringing to get correct information. Employ more staff and stop saying useless information. @avivaplc
