It’s October 1st.
The air is crisp and you can taste the nostalgia.
You walk up to the front door.
It’s locked.
Did they move the spare key?

There is a real economic cost to Valve’s foray into forced political disclosures. Besides taking 30%, they’re also taking a potentially even larger fraction of developers’ revenue and livelihood by undermining their business with these AI hate campaigns.

Forcing developers to write a political statement to be used against them by the hate mob they’re helping organize is abhorrent.
Naught but sycophants and bots under this piece of shit's misreading of the room. Fuck you @TimSweeneyEpic and fuck @EpicGames.

Sometimes the creative magic that makes a game loved by some isn't accompanied by the economics of a viable business.
Game businesses are businesses, and though one can invest in anticipation of future profit or growth, ultimately a company must earn enough to pay the bills.
