ALT Hello everyone, this is a very important reminder for not only my shop, but also for all small businesses and artists: Leaving a 4-star review or less on Etsy is equivalent to a 1-star. If you have any issues with your order, PLEASE contact me before you leave a neutral/bad review. This hurts my shop more than you realize. It reduces my shop’s exposure on Etsy’s marketplace. It also is very unfair that I don’t even get a chance to help you before you blame me for something that may not even have been my fault, such as if USPS damaged your item during transit. If you have nothing great to say, please consider either reaching out to me first, or not leaving a review at all. I cannot stress how important a 5-star review is for my shop.

![Our guests are displayed in windows inspired by old operating systems UI, spread across a blue tiled wallpaper from the 90s. Behind the windows in the top right are two icons partially obscured: the Desert Bus for Hope 2023 logo and a second of the pine tree air freshener from the game with the date 11-11-23, the run’s start date, as its file name. Running along the top of the image, the biggest window reads “Guests 20.23” in large text. Each guest is in their own window, resembling a file folder with their name as the title of the window and the tabs having their claim to fame and pronouns. The guests include Teller [Silent magic, he/him], Liz Smith [C A W (like Alpha Flight's old opening), she/her], Ken Steacy [Value Added, he/him], Steve Dengler [Dracogen, he/him], Rachel Weeks [Comedy, magic; she/her], Garret Goody [Child's Play Charity, he/him], Kirsten Carlile [Child's Play Charity, she/her], Angie Kelleher [Child's Play Charity, she/her].](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F-heE7GbUAAjggD.jpg?name=orig)
