Thanks @ronevaMF - I finally got the Nord Piano 4 refunded via the warranty and purchased a Piano 5 via MF. Took a few months more than I would have liked, but got there in the end.
I know this is a 1st World prob, but what's happened to #musiciansfriend great service? My Nord Piano 4 has been with them for 2 months under their Gold Warranty. I'm supposed to get a refund but no one will confirm. They don't call back. They don't follow up. :(
Hey @indiegogo sending me an email that my "contribution has been marked as refunded" simply prevents me from posting on the @Gigadrive_SSD page that they have NOT refunded me (or countless others). Don't let your platform favor scammers over contributors.

How can #Qantas Customer Support be so bad? 3 hrs wait time on phone. TXT messages get dumb bot responses and a website login retrieval questions is "When did you join?" Who would know that? And that's for a frequent flier too!
