Coffee is the best drink on Earth. A Harvard study tracked 131,821 people for 43 years. Those with the highest caffeinated coffee intake had an 18% lower dementia risk, with the lowest risk seen around 2 to 3 cups per day. Decaf drinkers did not see these benefits.
