A1: Stressor - being the only full-time instructional technology support for 19 schools (14K+ kids). That’s a LOT. Constantly feeling like I couldn’t support all that needed it when digital learning became a top priority. Coping?! EEk… #SchoologyChat
A3: my teachers are doing an organization overhaul in their Schoology courses (woohoo!). I am redesigning our self-paced PD modules to mirror the same structure that our Ts are expected to use with their Ss. Modeling is one of our most powerful tools right now! #schoologychat
A6: We are dialing PD back to the basics for those that need it, but offering some pedagogical extensions w/in each for those that need more depth w/ the tools they have. More infusion of SAMR know-how when designing, and general best practices for online learning #SchoologyChat
A5: Teachers that were tech-reluctant were thrown into a force-use with technology in the spring. Some “force" on the growth (which is ok!), but, GROWTH. T&L will still focus on serving the child, but now w/ digital efficiency/extension/collaboration foundation #schoologychat
