Hello @KRACare I'm unable to log into etims via e-citizen. It's been two weeks now. Please assist so I can generate invoices.
Look at all the fake @Safaricom_Care accounts that will immediately follow you and try to scam you if you tweet anything to customer care. Absolutely ridiculous.
Replying to @AIRTEL_KE
@AIRTEL_KE are your broadband services down? My pocket wifi has not been able to get a connection for over an hour and I can't log into my online account
@AIRTEL_KE still no service...still no reply from you.....????

Thanks for watching. It's such an important topic!

Thanks for the nomination @NikkiJCochrane !
Some good mental health measures I use are...
1. A morning routine that give me 2 hours for myself
2. No screens in the bedroom
3. Conversations with friends

Interesting thread. There are definitely unfavourable government policies that make doing business in Kenya more difficult than it needs to be. Plus policies that don't incetivise investment in business. Shame.
