This is an image of the HMCS Bras d'Or to which your post refers, a lightship sunk in 1940. The image in your post is of HMCS Bras d'Or an experimental hydrofoil launched in 1968 and struck off in 1971. It is on display at the Musee Martime de Quebec.

HMCS Bras d'Or was an experimental anti-submarine hydrofoil commissioned in 1968 and decommissioned in 1971 due to cost overruns and changing defence priorities. It currently is part of the collection at the Musée Maritime du Québec in L'Islet-sur-Mer, Quebec.
