Just finished my talk at @fortell_kraft conference in Bergen, Norway, where I delved into the evolving landscape of first-person journalism.
My talk explored how the journalistic self can be reimagined, particularly through a new concept I introduced: "Second Self Journalism."

Two of our findings: 1: the desired competences are mainly writing skills, initiative and “personality” (such as being outgoing and with a good sense of humor)
2: The balance between temporary and permanent positions seems pretty stable. Perhaps there is no increasing precariat in the Danish journalistic job market? #journalism #precariat
