I had a great moment in the gym yesterday. Weight plates are cheap & sticky & hard to pull them off the bar for deadlifts. 2 guys I see every day came to assist ea time I adjusted the weight. They saw me struggling, acknowledged they struggle w/it too & it was nice to have help.
