APPEAL FOR WITNESSES - NOTTS COUNTY (A)
Weโre appealing for help following an incident involving a fellow Wednesdayite ahead of Tuesday eveningโs game at Notts County.
At approximately 7.20pm on Tuesday, a Sheffield Wednesday supporter was struck by a vehicle outside Hooters on London Road, Nottingham, while crossing the road.
The supporter suffered a fractured knee and is awaiting further scans to establish the full extent of their injuries.
We understand there were a number of football supporters in the area at the time, and weโre hoping someone may have witnessed what happened.
Did you see the incident? Were you crossing the road nearby? Do you have any dashcam footage?
Even the smallest detail could make a difference.

I have to say I feel very sorry for Salford fans on Monday. They begged to be put into shade and they were given 1 water station with 45 mins queues. Apparently loads were passing out. Very poor by @wembleystadium

๐ต Chester FC can confirm that Connell Rawlinson has been named Interim First Team Manager of the club until the end of the 2025/26 season.
An Academy Graduate of the Blues in 2009, the 34-year-old returned to Chester back in July 2024, and this season has been a part of the coaching staff at the Deva Stadium alongside his playing duties.
Connell will be assisted by the existing management team, and will take training for the first time on Tuesday in preparation for Saturday's home fixture against Darlington.
