Once again, the German Female National Team selection lacked transparency. As pointed out, there was no open application process, discouraging aspiring female players. A fair selection process is crucial for the scene’s growth.I hope this issue gets the attention it deserves!

Its insane to see how the fe cs scene is getting so discouraged, how most of the people from the community give 0 f’s about it.
People don’t even understand / know how hard is to go trough all these problems, toxicity, lack of tournaments. All i can see is “go play male qualifiers then”.
We barely have the opportunity to grow together and play against each other on our level but imagine playing “against top male teams”. They play on a high level for years, we barely find decent pugs because most of them think its a waste of time to play vs girls.
I can debate and talk about this for the whole day, i just hope that next year people will finally open their eyes and realise that we matter and we exist.
