Amusing from Keown on MOTD praising the ref for sticking by his decision. One, almost totally ignoring missing the most obvious fouls in history and the ref not sticking to his decision as he gave a foul and a yellow card. What he got right IMO was it wasn’t a red.

Looking likely that, as I suspected, the man is special needs, most likely autistic and using Makaton there when pointing his little finger with a clenched fist to say "Bad".
I was only there myself a week ago and quite often you see these autistic chaps being "looked after" by foreigners, usually African, who seem to spend more time talking to each other and looking at their phones, than paying attention to what their client is actually doing.
Not saying that's necessarily the case here, but I wouldn't be surprised at all.
Either way, RIP this chap as he was killed by the tiger in the end. Tiger did nothing wrong of course and is totally unharmed as well.
