I feel like people posting these are doing a lot of hipster signalling...but these are the real ones for me.

same. Rather than spending 15 minutes constructing a perfect prompt it’s so much easier to just talk stream of consciousness to an LLM telling it what you want. No need for perfect grammar. You can stutter and stammer. It just figures it out.
One pattern I find useful for working with LLMs is a nice long ramble session. Sometimes the LLM needs more bits to understand what you're trying to achieve, but you're too lazy to type them. In these cases I like to lean back, switch to /voice and just ramble for like 10 minutes, total mess, anything goes, full stream of consciousness. Sometimes I declare it up top, something like "switching to speech recognition sorry for any typos...". Sometimes I turn it into a small interview of a few turns. But I find that the LLMs are somehow very good at reconstructing long incoherent rambles and often their echo of your own tangle of thoughts comes out quite a bit cleaner than what you started with. The result is that you improve the mind meld and have to correct things less from that point on.

I miss the old days of reading box scores and stats in the paper, so I vibe-coded my own version. It's informed by sabermetrics but still focused on the basics. Just built it for me, but if you're interested: dastudes.github.io/daily/ind…

Crazy design choice by the BJs. Shouldnt your banner say AL CHAMPION in big font, not the div title??? Canadians still quirky as ever. #bluejays

Gonna use this to teach overfitting
- No starting QB w/ a last name less than 5 letters long has won a super bowl - Starting QBs whose first & last name end in the same letter are 0-6 (.000) in super bowls since the AFC was formed (1970) - Starting QBs w/ initials DM are 0-2 in the Super Bowl (D.Marino, D.McNabb)

I love historical maps like this. My knowledge of Euro history is so weak - would love a physical copy of this to frame and hang.

Great viz.
Optimization has made basketball a much more boring game imo. The most common NBA Shot Locations in 2000 and 2025.

New Jersey primaries are a week away, and @MikieSherrill is the only candidate with a record of passing bipartisan legislation to bring down health care costs, lower taxes, and fight Republican extremism for New Jerseyans. Make sure you have a plan to vote!

Fascinating poll results showing how poorly people understand the makeup of the US population (and partially how susceptible they are to political propaganda)

As much as I hate to complement the red sox, these Green Monster-inspired uniforms are probably the best City Connects in MLB.
