Yesterday, @stapleton_sp timed my 10 yard split time at 2.03 secs. @Indiana68OGDT came in right behind me at 2.05. Not bad for both of us around 310 lbs. Our goal is to get those under 2.00 by the time camp starts.

The Dukes will honor the life and legacy of Dr. Challace McMillin with "Coach Mac" front bumper decals on every helmet for the 2020-21 spring season.
Coach Mac was the JMU’s first football coach, leading the Dukes from 1972 until 1984.

That’s with everything in life. Especially with strength and conditioning. You can’t expect to workout for a week and see results; however, with consistency and discipline you’d be surprised where hard work will take you in sport and in life💯
