Important #JACCImaging study of ~7.4K patients with ascending aortopathy comparing TTE with gated CTA. TTE underestimated aortic size in: 🔹 58% of aortic roots 🔹 37% of mid-ascending aortas The discrepancy was particularly important with larger aneurysms.
