I have stumbled upon an ecom goldmine... At least I think
So I launched my last brand and honestly it was a pile of dog shit and it was something kind of far out i was testing rather than sticking to fundamentals and what works.
I went back to market research, I spent a lot of time on this with what felt like no clear direction, until it all became clear
Out of all things in my research, found a problem in a aliexpress review for a product generally not used for that problem.
Upon doing more research on this problem it seems to be an absolute goldmine for ecom.
So then obviously i started avatar research and the reddit threads give me goosebumps.
Such a huge desire to solve this problem and its like absolute gold for unaware customers.
There is like 1 other competitor who seems to have a weaker solution and not fully realized it.
It's something i would want to tell the ecom bros but obviously can't, but if you guys heard of this mfers would be jumping at it. I am very excited for it.
It really all comes down to execution and my skillset. I am focusing way more on the manual side of things rather than relaying too much on ai.
The research is extremely valuable, I need to just try my hardest to make ads that resonate.
It's something where my only bottleneck to get profitable is my execution. then I feel the next bottleneck would be being outdone by people with higher captial, more resources, and spending power. But obviously not to worry about these problems now.
Also cant get lossed in trying to make this test absolutely perfect. find the balance.
I'm reading a self help book for me that has been absolutely terrific so far, it's an issue i've dealt with at low points where I feel so far from a goal
And where it seems impossible (obviously not true)
This book is helping put it into real perspective where it was never about the money or where im going to end up, and that im fine where I am.
Its about achieving goals in ecom.
It's called The Practicing Mind and I highly recommend it .
A great quote from the book that I honestly didn't expect to read was
"So few people are really aware of their thoughts. Their minds run all over the place without their permission, and they go along for the ride unknowingly and without making a choice. Instead of observing their thoughts and using their thoughts to serve themselves, they are in their thoughts."
To me it is so important to be an observer of your thoughts, and my opinion as that people who are not aware like this are living on autopilot. There is so much things that distract your mind from what actually matters to you as well especially in the modern age, its a very powerful quote.
I've known about this concept from previous books, but never really understood it like this.
I think awareness is really key and fundamental to making things work. you need to be aware of what you are doing, and constantly seeing what works and what doesn't. Should be doing feedback loops and gradually getting better.
I am the type of overthinking mfer with a pinch of autism, maybe some retard sprinkled in. So great book

Launching new brand tonight. Quanity + intention is something that very important, rather than just quality and spending way too much time on ads.
Have a good strategy, my brand positioning is very good with this brand as well, hopefully launch can show some real buyer intention

I'm focusing on the product test and getting it out asap rather than the app, since i think the app is a terrific idea but the physical product I believe I could make profitable faster.
My biggest issue's beforehand was trust and explaining the mechanism.
And proper differentiation. the name of the game is product market fit and how you position your product

Overwhelmed with opportunity
I have an extremely high value avatar and i've found that a top solution to their biggest problem is literally an app.
So im looking into creating that asap.
I also have another more traditional ecom solution but like. this app is some cal ai shit the opportunity is so big. It can change the whole market sophistication of the niche.
Might change this to 0-10k days with direct response marketing haha. because thats mostly what it really is.
