The @USNavy and Shield AI have committed $400 million to advance X-BAT toward flight testing.
The Navy’s latest $150 million modification supports Defense Exportability Features, building exportability and technology protection into X-BAT early in its development. Shield AI is matching that amount.
Along with a separate $50 million Navy and @DIU_x action announced in August, the two funding actions total $200 million in government support and $200 million in Shield AI investment.
Shield AI and key suppliers now have 500 engineers building the flight-test aircraft. Flight testing begins this year.

PsiQuantum has been designing and building high-power cryostats in a datacenter form-factor since 2020. Our design leverages the higher operating temperature of photonic qubits to pack hundreds of modules into a single cabinet, advancing beyond the traditional "chandelier."
Our fourth generation cryogenic cabinets bring a more compact, modular design while maintaining the same 60W cooling capacity at 2 K.

AI data centers are catalyzing the largest investment we’ve ever seen in energy infrastructure. “Across the meter” energy solutions enable the grid and local rate payers to benefit from those investments with more available energy and ultimately lower cost energy. Everyone wins!
Crusoe was founded on a simple idea: bring compute where energy already exists, not the other way around.
Our "across the meter" model turns stranded wind and solar power into AI compute, and gives back to the grid when it can. 🔗crusoe.ai/resources/blog/co-…

CoreWeave’s full-stack platform turns infrastructure into an AI cloud customers can actually use, expand on, and carry into production. Not just bare metal. A full-stack that integrates orchestration, networking, storage, observability, security, and developer tools to deliver the throughput, reliability, and price-performance customers need.
We have some of the best engineers in the world working alongside some of the most innovative customers to unlock the full potential of AI across scientific discovery, manufacturing, and security. That’s what was on full display at our Fully Connected event this week. $CRWV

Shield AI + @KrakenTechGroup: autonomous maritime teaming on British-built USVs
Powered by Hivemind, two Kraken K3 SCOUT USVs searched an area, tracked and escorted a vessel of interest, then replanned the mission as one team. Our AI pilot enables autonomous vessels to share sensor data and adapt on their own, so operators can focus on directing the mission while maintaining decision authority.
Our work with Kraken puts proven mission autonomy on a British-built platform, supporting U.K. sovereign defense capabilities and European security.

V-BAT put in the flight time at REPMUS 2026, where allied navies test how uncrewed systems work together at sea.
Over two weeks, V-BAT flew maritime surveillance missions sponsored by the Swedish Defence Material Administration and the Swedish Navy. It carried IMSAR’s NSP-3 radar, built to track vessels through cloud, fog, and darkness, and accepted tasking through STANAG 4817, the @NATO standard that lets allied navies command uncrewed systems from different manufacturers.
Another fantastic opportunity to put V-BAT to work alongside international partners!

COREWEAVE TO POWER AI TRAINING ON PRIVATE BIOTECH DATA WITHOUT MOVING THE DATA
$CRWV signed a multi-year deal with Harell Data to run AI training, fine-tuning and inference on Nvidia GPUs inside Harell’s secure platform.
Proprietary scientific datasets stay inside Harell’s environment rather than being handed over to model developers. Models train against the data in place, and only the resulting model leaves the platform.
Harell is also building a marketplace around the system, where data owners earn revenue when their datasets are used for training, while model builders can earn fees when others use the models they create.
The platform is initially focused on proprietary biotech and biology datasets that can be difficult to share because of their value and sensitivity.

We’re seeing stronger pricing and margins recently in short-dated (3-6 months) deals we have been signing in Q3 in the ~$40M/MW of annualized revenue. Customers’ willingness to pay reflects the value they see running their workloads on CoreWeave. Excited for the week ahead and to keep building on this momentum. $CRWV

CoreWeave $CRWV has signed a 15-year anchor lease with Blockfusion for capacity at its Niagara Falls, New York AI data center campus, with two additional five-year renewal options.
The deal converts a June LOI into definitive agreements and also includes an expansion agreement.
Blockfusion is converting a former power plant into high-density, liquid-cooled AI infrastructure powered predominantly by hydroelectric energy, with existing grid interconnection and redundant fiber already in place.
The site is also tied to Blockfusion’s planned merger with Blue Acquisition Corp. $BACC, which would take the combined company public on Nasdaq under the ticker $BDI if completed.
