Palestinians are being starved in Gaza. Over two months and counting. Israel is being led by a man who has just agreed a plan to “annex” Gaza, a plan to ethnically cleanse a population, a man wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes. And yet the world just watches and waits as trucks full of food rot yards from hundreds of people starving to death. Never again say never again. And never let any political leader pretend they didn’t know. Successive governments didn’t stop supplying arms to Israel, we didn’t sanction, we didn’t even find the language to clearly and forcefully condemn and call this out. This is on our watch. We knew and we allowed it to happen.
