Run a query and have the results refreshed on a repeating interval at the timing of your choice—making SQL fun again with Oracle AI Database and SQL Developer for VS Code!
The repeat command plus integrated terminal support makes it easy. Check the demo below:
select systimestamp from dual;
repeat 10, 1
"Execute via SQLcl"
It'll open a terminal, connect to your database, run the query every second, 10x, and clear/refresh the screen between executions.
"help repeat" to see your options.
