Ten years ago today.
In just the last few days: Trump made a deal for the U.S. to buy Russian diesel, an economic lifeline for Putin; he and Elon Musk blamed each other for an order that slowed down Starlink satellite connectivity over Ukraine, hampering the country's defenses during a devastating Russian attack; and Trump waived sanctions on Russia that Congress, led by his late friend Lindsey Graham, had pushed for.
Now, Putin has proposed a summit with Trump and Xi to decide Ukraine’s fate for them, bulldoze a century of international cooperation, and frame Russia as an equal to the U.S. and China.
We’ll see if Putin’s puppet continues to dance on his strings.

This is insane. The level of overt, proud racism, hatred and bigotry in today's Republican Party is a stain on every leader in it and it will never ever wash away.

Serious answer.
I’ve always given my best to whatever team I’ve played for.
I played 12 years here, won a Super Bowl, All five of my kids born here. I live 10 minutes from the Superdome.
Although I’m not originally from here, this is my home.

Hey man I wanna ask a serious question. How do you think teams and fans of teams u play for feel that it seems that you are always rooting for the Saints. You not even from here.

Check out @jaystratton’s memoir today — the most senior official to investigate UAP for the government and did so longer than anyone else. What he reveals is very important and should motivate the White House/Congress to keep fighting for access to the UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering program and all evidence of technology of non-human origin. We deserve the truth to be acknowledged by the highest authority. Thank you Jay (and others) for risking your reputation and more to tell us all you know!

Rest in paradise Mario. You were like family to me. I’ll deeply miss our long calls and FaceTimes and thank God everyday you were able to reconnect with Michael before passing. Your death feels beyond senseless and sudden but somehow I know you’re still here. Your story and memory will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace Mario. You were a powerful being filled with love until the very end. The world is a better place because you were in it. ❤️

More than 100 elected officials have joined me in calling on parking lot and garage owners across New York City: Don’t give ICE a place to operate. Don’t rent to them. Tell them they’re not welcome.
Last week, ICE agents shot Oscar Belgal in the neck in Marble Hill while his 5-year-old son sat in the car. They had been staging nearby in a private parking lot.
Our city laws keep ICE off public property. Now, we’re calling on private property owners to do the same. One garage on Morton Street already removed ICE vehicles after neighbors spoke out. Every owner has that power.
