Overwhelming thoughts
You feel panic or uncertainty when faced with an overwhelming thought, a painful emotion, or a trigger from your past. Doubts flood your mind:
I don’t know how to handle this.
What if I mess it up?
What if it’s already too late to change this part of my life?
This is just who I am. Why should I try to change now?
Maybe I’m not strong enough.
But here’s the truth: You’re ready.
You are well trained, equipped with everything you need, and mentally prepared for what’s going to happen when you start operating.
Equally important is what will happen if you don’t operate: Things will stay the same or get worse because the default process is also a type of self–brain surgery. The sad truth is that default leads to decline and that choosing not to change is choosing to stay the same.
You see, neuroplasticity works all the time in your brain, and response to every thought you have, whether you take charge of the process or not. So when those automatic and negative thoughts pop into your head, and you accept them without critically, examining them or challenging them to replace them with something more true, your brain wires them in as if they are true.
The bottom line? You're either getting better at staying the same/getting worse, or you're getting better at getting better.
Self-brain surgeons get better at getting better. The ninth Commandment of self-brain surgery is this: I must believe that I'm getting better at what I'm doing.
II Timothy 1:7 says God did not give you a spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and of a sound mind. II Peter 1:3 sad that his divine power has given you everything you need for your life.
So what's going to have the final say for you? Your automatic thoughts that research suggests are almost always wrong? Or scripture, which never changes and reflects the timeless truth of God's plan for you and is being validated every day by 21st-century neuroscience findings.
Let's get better at getting better together.
Hit that follow button, save this for later when you need to remember something true, and share it with a friend who needs to believe that they really can get better.

There is a terrible gap between when it becomes obvious that we are being lied to, and when one can finally speak openly about it without being ostracized. Let’s call it The Overton Hold.
It’s very sad that Charlie Kirk didn’t live to see the end of that period for 10/7, a subject on which he was fearless.
We are still in that period with respect to his murder.
Netanyahu claims he was asleep and was not woken up on the night of Oct. 6-7. If only he was woken up on time “things would look totally different” - whatever that means.
We all woke up at 6am from the (loud) sirens and missiles, so there was plenty of time for him to act from 6am, when his citizens were sending SOS messages from their shelters, then being butchered or left hanging for hours, while stand-down orders were given.
In this video from last week, he says his conclusion was: decision making (on security issues) should be in the hands of the political echelon, not security echelon, implying the political echelon was not involved/made aware during Oct. 7 events.
He claims he wasn’t aware or was pacified by wrong perception that Hamas is deterred.
Now, check out a new piece of evidence below from Ha'aretz, claiming he received another warning from UAE President days before Oct. 7th.
So was he aware, asleep, pacified, or he's simply lying?
Plenty of evidence came to light since Oct. 7th, but no serious responsibility was taken, and no admissions by those in command in any of the "echelons". Lots of hiding, pointing fingers at each other, divide & conquer, deception, death and destruction.
When I dared asking questions from the moment it all started, I was heavily attacked. The questions I dared voice (including on @BretWeinstein's show), turned out to be the right ones, as more info comes to light.

I have to admit, I always wondered what this part of Psalm 23 meant. I thought “He anoints my head with oil” was figurative language for God keeping the Psalmist healthy. I never knew this parallel.
Anoint my head with oil
“Sheep can get their head caught in briers and die trying to get untangled. There are horrid little flies that like to torment sheep by laying eggs in their nostrils which turn into worms and drive the sheep to beat their head against a rock, sometimes to death. Their ears and eyes are also susceptible to tormenting insects. So the shepherd anoints their whole head with oil. Then there is peace. That oil forms a barrier of protection against the evil that tries to destroy the sheep. Do you have times of mental torment? Do the worrisome thoughts invade your mind over and over? Do you beat your head against a wall trying to stop them? Have you ever asked God to anoint your head with oil? He has an endless supply! His oil protects and makes it possible for you to fix your heart, mind, and eyes on Him today and always! There is peace in the valley! May our good good Father anoint your head with oil today so that your cup overflows with blessings! God is good and He is faithful!!”

Jesus spoke for roughly three years.
A handful of sentences from those years have outlasted every empire that has risen and fallen since.
Here are ten of them and the context most people have never been told, which makes each one land harder than the version on the coffee mug.

DEMON: Sir, we’ve got a problem.
DEVIL: What now?
DEMON: The Left versus Right thing isn’t working like it used to. People are starting to realize both sides are being manipulated.
DEVIL: Fine. Did you try Black versus White?
DEMON: Of course. We pushed it hard. But they’re catching on. Some of them are actually talking to each other.
DEVIL: Disgusting.
DEMON: I know, sir. We even tried rich versus poor, rural versus urban, vaccinated versus unvaccinated…
DEVIL: And?
DEMON: They’re exhausted. They’re starting to suspect that maybe constantly hating their neighbors isn’t making their lives better.
DEVIL: Hmm…
DEMON: What do we do?
DEVIL: Bust out the classic.
DEMON: Religion?
DEVIL: Older.
DEMON: Class warfare?
DEVIL: Older.
DEMON: Oh no…
DEVIL: Man versus woman.
DEMON: Sir, we’ve used that one forever.
DEVIL: Exactly. And they fall for it every damn time.
DEMON: What’s the angle?
DEVIL: Easy. Take something complicated, tragic, or emotional, then convince everyone the real issue isn’t right versus wrong.
DEMON: Then what is it?
DEVIL: Tell women, “Men could never understand.”
DEMON: And tell men?
DEVIL: “Women are irrational.”
DEMON: Brilliant. So nobody actually discusses the issue.
DEVIL: Now you’re learning. Never let them debate principles when you can make them resent each other personally.
DEMON: And if they start finding common ground?
DEVIL: Remind them that the other side is the enemy.
DEMON: What if they realize we’re doing it?
DEVIL: Then we’re screwed.
DEMON: Why?
DEVIL: Because the day men and women stop fighting each other long enough to ask who’s benefiting from the fight…
DEMON: Yeah?
DEVIL: …they might finally look in our direction.

Four Coptic Christians in Egypt were arrested by police after a Muslim mob attacked their prayer house in Tal Al-Quiblya, south of Cairo.
The attackers stoned the building while shouting sectarian abuse, injuring several Christians and damaging the car of parish priest Fr. Pavlos Kamal.
The four Coptic parishioners were released only after withdrawing their complaints against the assailants.
Egypt consistently ranks as one of the world's worst countries for Christian persecution.

Timothy Alberino just explained the Book Of Enoch to Joe Rogan about how the Titan Gods who were designated as Watchers over the Earth lusted after Mortal Women and made a Divine Pact to have Children with them and descended down to Earth from a Stargate on Mount Hermon and had Giant Offspring with them where the grew very large in size and devoured both Humans and Animals!!!
He told Joe Rogan that this is the real reason why God sent the Ancient Flood to wipe their existence from the Earth and locked those 200 Watchers into Tatarus until they are judged at the End Of Time!
But what no one knows about is that the Younger Gods who were placed over the Earth after this did the exact same thing and this is how the Nephilim kept coming back throughout the Ages!

The horror film “Obsession” is a surprise hit at the box office this summer. Made for around one million dollars, it has already grossed over a hundred and fifty million. But it's not only a financial success; it's also a spiritually quite interesting film. What drives the plot is a young man's ardent desire to be loved by the woman whom he loves. Seeking a gift for Nikki in an occult store, Bear finds a device that advertises itself as “One Wish Willow.” If you break the stick and make a wish, it will come true. In his desperation, he follows the instructions, and it works like a charm. The previously diffident Nikki becomes totally devoted to the delighted Bear. All his dreams, it seems, have come true. Then things go, shall we say, south. I won't spoil any more of the plot. Suffice it to say that Nikki proceeds to devour the young man and push him toward despair.
Throughout this film, I kept thinking of Oscar Wilde's famous line: “the only thing worse than not getting what you want is getting what you want.” The spiritual issue here is one that the masters have recognized for centuries and one that stands at the very heart of Biblical revelation: if you tie your deepest desire to anything or anyone other than God, you will find, not satisfaction, but destruction. This is the moral teaching behind the great Shema prayer: “Hear, O Israel, the Lord your God is Lord alone.” Jesus reiterates this when he says, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and all your strength.” The psalmist affirms it when he sings, “Only in God will my soul be at rest.”
During the rite of Confirmation, I ask the young people a series of questions, the first of which is “do you renounce Satan and all his works and empty promises?” Up and down the ages, Satan has made the same empty promise: I will give you something less than God and it will make you happy. In point of fact, it will ruin you, and the more you seek to acquire it, the unhappier you will become. What becomes clear in the course of “Obsession” is that the owners of the occult shop where Bear bought the fateful wish-willow are in fact involved with very dark spiritual powers. In my conversations with exorcists, I hear over and over again that those who get ensnared by the devil commence by dabbling in the occult.
“Obsession” is a good horror movie. If you like the genre, and you're not too squeamish, go see it. For it won't just scare you; it will offer some important spiritual truths.
