Communication failure? Central and Western Railway services were disrupted in morning rush hour on Monday. While WR updated continuously on social media till restoration, CR commuters struggled in the dark without any official updates for its esteemed commuters. The WR updates triggered Mumbai Metro Yellow Line 2A and Red Line 7 (that run along WR) to put additional train sets into service, the CR's silence left everyone clueless, making the situation more chaotic. @RailMinIndia
