NHS England no longer publish NRLS data Sep 2023. (It had run monthly since 2016 england.nhs.uk/patient-safet…) When they did: Sep 2016 - Nov 2017 Countess of Chester were sig. under-reporter of proportion of harmful incidents to NRLS, monthly analysis (ie. pinged numerous times)
