As my final act as President of the National Football Coaches Association (CUFCA), I was asked by my peers to write an open letter to the public. The Canadian National Football Coaches Association is appalled by this ruling and will do everything in our power to have it reversed.

How I set up the athletes I work with for sleep success.

2. Set thermostat @ 66-68 degrees
3. 10:30 bed time (most consistent/adhered to bed time that I’ve found)
4. sleep score app - sleep tracker
