I can no longer count to 20,I am sad. Thankfully though the bone infection seemed to have been in my toe only, so I'm only hear here at the hospital for a couple days longer while we verify other infection lingering and the antibiotics are fighting well.
Well this wasn't what I was expecting today. I'm the hospital with a bone infection. Yay! I can totally afford that.

You know right when I hate mother nature and the world because the heat is unbearable, I see the drum toasters and large propane tanks moved into the stores across the city and suddenly it doesn't seem so bad.

Conservatives in the US are struggling to find a new culture war in the wake of abortion becoming an economic good and their transphobia becoming disturbingly more hateful, sexual, and fixated on children. Republicans keep excitedly talking about slippery slopes like they’re gonna be forced to ride dick or something. To their dismay, what consenting adults do isn’t their slope to slip on.
The campaign to normalize polyamory--with the New York Times in the role of drum major--came right on cue, just as I and others predicted it would. It scarcely took a crystal ball.
