HBHS: 1st rounder, 7th rounder, two 12th rounders, and a 14th rounder. On the same day a player is in the futures game. Not a private school, but probably worth a mention.

So , College Coaches tell anyone that will listen “ the key for HS athletes is to arrive in campus , stronger and prepared to compete vs 20-24 yr old men “ and the the solution is to allow -5 and -6 oz bats at HS Level?? What am I missing? Anyone speak up to oppose this nonsense??

Jared Grindlinger leaves Huntington Beach a hometown hero. Two-run home run in DI regional final. Got the final out. Wanted to win one final title with his best friends. It happened. Courtesy Interscholastic Films.

I will be entering the transfer portal on June 1st with 3 years of eligibility remaining. Very appreciative of the University of San Diego staff for the opportunity.

So much for draft pick worries. Jared Grindlinger is three for three and also has pitched three innings. He’s playing for his high school Huntington Beach. He’s playing for his friends. 7-1 lead over Patrick Henry. He’s not on a plane to Mississippi.

How can you not be romantic about baseball if you're @HBHS_basebll?! To have @trbellerose back at the beach was so monumental in his recovery journey. Definitely a privilege to announce his return for a perfect strike! We 🧡 Belly #BelleroseStrong #TheTeam
