BREAKING: We just sued Jared Kushner for unlawfully acting as one of the country's top diplomats without undergoing Senate confirmation or filing financial disclosures. It’s abundantly clear that he should be blocked from performing this outsized role: citizensforethics.org/legal-…

Meta is reportedly calling its massive data centers "experimental" to claim a research tax credit. Try telling the IRS your kitchen renovation was a science project. Or your new car was a lab experiment. That's a rigged tax code.

Trump earlier this year: Kimberly Guilfoyle has been my friend for a long time. I love calling her Kimberlay. That’s my little pet name, right? But you are the greatest and I heard they love you over there. And I hope you come back here in 12 years or whenever the term ends. Trump today: She was not a member of my family. I guess she dated my son a long time ago.

See, they’re making gay jokes because they can’t find anything real to criticize. Talarico is just a decent person running against a comically corrupt asshole
"I love you too, sir, and in a totally platonic way... I'm the vice president, not James Talarico." VP Vance takes a shot at Texas Democrat James Talarico during an exchange with the crowd at his Texas midterm rally.

This is unusual. CFTC staff have reportedly been told to retract their analysis of suspicious oil trades. Unusual Whales caught many of them. Let's take a look at billions of dollars in well-timed bets on oil futures, placed before major Trump announcements on the Iran war.

X allowed Nick Sortor’s demonstrably false allegations against James Talarico to reach millions, yet suspended an account exposing the deception. That’s not just a censorship concern. It raises serious questions about selective enforcement. State attorneys general should investigate.

University debate: "Carbs are the body's preferred fuel. Ketosis is the emergency generator." Dietician: "Give the body carbohydrate and fat together and it burns the carbohydrate first. That's what preferred means." Anthropologist: "And if I add a whisky?" Dietician: "It burns the alcohol before anything." Anthropologist: "So whisky is the body's preferred fuel." Dietician: "Obviously not. Alcohol goes first because the body can't store it and can't leave it lying around." Anthropologist: "Good. Hold on to that. How much carbohydrate can you store?" Dietician: "About 500 grams. Liver and muscle." Anthropologist: "2,000 calories. One day. And fat?" Dietician: "It varies." Anthropologist: "A lean person carries 80,000. Two months. So the body burns first whatever it has least room for. You've just explained that to me using whisky, and then called it a preference when it's bread." Dietician: "The brain needs glucose. 130 grams a day." Anthropologist: "On your diet. Offer it ketones and it takes up to two thirds of its energy from them, and the liver makes what's left. How much glucose is in your whole bloodstream at this moment?" Dietician: "Around 5 grams." Anthropologist: "A teaspoon. Much more than that damages blood vessels, so the body drops everything to clear it. I've seen bouncers treat people that way. I wouldn't call them preferred." Dietician: "Ketosis only appears when you're starving. That is an emergency." Anthropologist: "It appears within a day of the carbohydrate running out, fed or not. Where was the starch in northern Europe in January, for half a million years? You've filed every winter our species ever had under emergency." Dietician: "Nobody is in ketosis as a normal state." Anthropologist: "Every newborn is. Within days of birth, on breast milk, with half its calories from fat. The fastest brain growth in nature runs on your back-up system." Dietician: "Then why do people feel dreadful when they cut carbs?" Anthropologist: "For about a week. Take a leg out of plaster after forty years and it won't feel marvellous on the stairs either." Moderator: "Closing statements." Anthropologist: "The mains runs out by tomorrow lunchtime. The generator has two months in the tank and was switched on at birth. I'd ask which one the house was built around."

Hey MAGA it’s James Talarico in Dubai with his mistress…. *checks notes* My apologies it’s Ken Paxton with his mistress in Dubai with criminals indicted for healthcare fraud.
New footage obtained by the WSJ shows Ken Paxton and his girlfriend watching fireworks at a party in Dubai alongside two men indicted on federal healthcare fraud charges who failed to return to the U.S. to face prosecution.

Here are the details: literally any time, any place, any network.
Fox host: President Trump said you all should have a debate… Is that in the works? Are you requesting one with him? Ken Paxton (lying): Oh well, no, look... We can never quite work out the details.

A message to all sane Republicans: He pardoned 1,600 violent criminals. You said nothing. He bulldozed the East Wing. You said nothing. He interfered with the release of the Epstein files. You said nothing. He took over the Kennedy Center and renamed it after himself. You said nothing. He accepted a $400 million airplane as a personal gift. You said nothing. He threatened Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Greenland, Venezuela, Colombia, and Brazil. You said nothing. He tariffed just about everyone but Russia, causing inflation and instability worldwide. You said nothing. He attacked a nation during mediated negotiations. You said nothing. His ill-conceived war killed 175 children on day one. You said nothing. He alienated and insulted our allies. You said nothing. His ICE Army terrorized and murdered U.S. citizens. You said nothing. He committed murder on the high seas. You said nothing. He co-opted the Justice Department and directed it to prosecute his political enemies. You said nothing. It's time to start talking!

So… The Kimberly Guilfoyle story. The Don Jr. wedding party. Noem’s DHS contracts. Lewandowski’s deals. The Reflecting Pool contract. The kind of corruption we see in third-world countries. And absolutely no shame whatsoever. And why? Because these people seem to believe that when accountability finally comes knocking, all they have to do is blame Democrats, cry “political witch hunt,” and get a pardon. They watched Trump use that playbook and get away with it. Now they seem convinced they can, too.
