What happens when you’re driving and you have to drive up a second ramp flying through the air upside down, can it safely land twice?
Musk acaba de lanzar esta nueva posibilidad 😆. Que locura tan maravillosa ❤️

NYC deserves much more. Council members shouldn’t exaggerate or lie. @tiffany_caban makes inaccurate claims about police violence and settlements for police misconduct. Police Violence has become catch phrase for the anti-police agenda for any police use of force. Which includes legitimate police use of force. @tiffany_caban claims police are responsible for 5% of all murders. 2024 data shows that 3,072,666 people were killed and 16,935 people were murdered in America. In 2024 there were 1271 people killed by police and 7 of those cases involved officers being charged. If you do the math police are responsible for 0.04% of deaths and ironically 0.04% of murders. Note police killings are NOT murders however the subscribers to the anti-police agenda want people to believe that a lawful police use of force that results in a death is murder. It is not. Settlements In NYC the NYC Comptroller’s Office and the NYC Law Department have the authority to settle NYPD police misconduct cases. The police involved in these cases can be innocent of the charges, yet the case can be settled. In NYC and other municipalities, the decision to settle a case is driven by "nuisance value" or risk-mitigation rather than an admission of guilt or liability. Examples are when the Cost of "Winning" exceeds the Cost of Settling, the choice to avoid "Discovery" and to sidestep Bad Publicity. Yet settlements are falsely used to show police are guilty of police misconduct and cost communities millions. Settlements by NYC and other municipalities are for convenience for politicians and not justice.
INSANE: Watch Socialist NYC Council member @tiffany_caban struggle to understand that the NYPD only tracks crimes on their crime data reporting.

Why are you ignoring the benefits of Flock cameras and it's searchable database? This knee jerk reaction serves no purpose. This is the same anti-police narrative as defunding the police and demands for generalized demand that ALL police departments must reform.
Federal taxpayers should not be forced to fund the surveillance state. We just introduced HR 10221, the Flock-Off Act, to prohibit the use of federal funds for real-time surveillance cameras.

The problem here is that everyone can see it was an intentionally had foul. It’s like during a blizzard the WNBA says it’s sunny and 80. Stop. The attacks on CC, Cunningham, and the Fever are uncalled for. Other teammates don’t want to speak out because that don’t want to be bullied next. Maybe the WNBA should be boycotted until they stop with the Referee no call BS, start calling the penalties, and the organization stops with the DEI crap.
Is this real? Did Stephanie White really say this?

Look at @StephanieWhite completely go out of her way to defend DiJonai Carrington after she clotheslined Sophie during that layup. Even the ABC commentators said it was clearly an intentional Flagrant 2. But Steph is defending the DiJonai because she taught her and AT to do this

JW pick a side. At first you showed support for CC and now you’re hating on her. Did the WNBA secretly reach out to you? The recent mantra that supporters of CC don’t know basketball has to stop. As fans JW and the WNBA expects us to believe it’s beautiful and sunny during a thunderstorm. The fans see the violence against CC and the no calls for her. We also see the phantom violations called against CC. What is delusional is JW and the WNBA thinking that they will be successful misleading a fan base.
Imagine how Clark would react to this “no call” in a close game in the final minute. Clark is a great player with a delusional fan base and an entitled, victim mentality.

When police miss court dates the case is dropped. The officers can be disciplined or fired. When defendants miss court dates they might have a warrant issued (unlikely now a days) & everyone has to return for a new court date. How fair to Vics, Wits, and taxpayers?
Cops called in to testify end up missing hearings at double the rate of defendants. Yet in many places, defendants alone face the harsh consequences of jail for missing a court date:

Unregistered and illegally operated ATVs and Dirt bikes are driven on Niagara Street in Buffalo daily. Disorder throughout the City. Nothing is done to stop this. Is this also predominately caused by suburban kids too?

What happened yesterday? Was CC taken out of the game to intentionally end her 20 point 5 assist per game streak?
Caitlin Clark's WNBA-record streak of 20+ points and 5+ assists comes to an end: ❌ 19 PTS | 8 AST ✅ 24 PTS | 9 AST ✅ 26 PTS | 7 AST ✅ 26 PTS | 7 AST ✅ 21 PTS | 14 AST ✅ 25 PTS | 5 AST ✅ 32 PTS | 10 AST

Replying to @jasonwhitlock
@jasonwhitlock I think the WNBA got to you. Don’t make Caitlin Clark into a super hero by calling all of CC’s complaints unnecessary. All other WNBA superstars can get away with murder against CC and that is perfectly acceptable. Be a man and call BS.
Bad product. Just an awful game to watch. Phoenix thugs. Refs won’t let the game end. Stephanie White’s rotations retarded. Caitlin ends on a bad note flopping and taunting. Hard watch.

There is no player that wouldn’t get frustrated have to play against the WNBA, their coach, and constant attacks from the other team. Be supportive for justice or be quiet.

For starters I think this is the study @tiffany_caban is referring to is crimejusticelab.org/wp-conte… What Caban is ignoring is that Broken Windows (BW) Policing is a fundamental part of policing. BW type complaints are a major part of police calls for service (and 311 calls).
Democrat Socialist NYC council member @tiffany_caban wants to know what evidence the NYPD has that arrests for low level offenses improve public safety outcomes. Let me answer Tiffany, the transformation of NYC from 1993 to 2018 during broken windows policing.

BW type activities create fear of crime in citizens. BW physical and social disorder can be precursors to serious crime. Serious offenders are also involved in low level crime and violations. So police enforcement of BW improves public safety.

This is an interesting point on how police misconduct cases are resolved. The resolutions are "fixed". By fixed I mean, the municipality (C/T/V) controls how the case is disposed, the C/T/V decides if the case goes to trial or is settled, if the case is settled - the 🧵...
This is the dark side of police misconduct payouts. The municipality can make a payout without any due process. There is no measure or standard when to allow a payout. This results in complaints about how much money is paid to resolve police misconduct.

decision making process is secrete so there is NO due process for the officer, the officer has NO say in how the case should be disposed, the determination of misconduct is made outside of the PD by the C/T/V with no guidelines or framework to show the process is standardized. 🧵

The the decision to settle police misconduct cases appears to be based solely on political and anti-police agendas. Transparency on how settlement decisions are made would make settlements of police misconduct cases more legitimate.

Should retail theft take into account for a measurement “open or operational” compared to previous years. If retail theft declines and the population stays the same BUT there were significant store closures how should retail theft be measured?

Something has fundamentally changed in measures throughout the criminal justice system. It is inconceivable that when habitual criminals are released (no bail) & there are no negative impacts on society. Fear of crime remains high, so citizens must be seeing crime or signs 🧵
Not at all shocking, but nevertheless dejecting

of crime that is not being officially recorded. It may be that people are reporting less of the crimes that they witness or where they are a victim. Anecdotally my local court was taxed by repeat criminals, defendants not answering charges, & warrants not getting served.
