Today while coaching an u16 game one of my players was racially abused by an oppositions players parent. As a coach I defended my player, the referees decided to DQ and eject me from the hall. How this sort of behaviour is happening in a basketball game in Ireland is worrying.

The Heath U15 U16 U18 and Ladies are having a match at the club on St Stephens Day at 13:30. Can everyone who is playing please arrive by 13:10. It's always a good laugh and great way of getting rid of the Christmas Day bloated belly. 😉. All support welcome to cheer on the teams

The proposed closure of A+E services in Portlaoise Midland Hospital will cause unwanted deaths of loved ones. Please do not stand idly by and allow this to happen. Make your voice herd. How dare we midlands citizens be treated like this. We deserve our A+E.

Bitter irony that @POTUS simultaneously creates a battle over the flag while so casually flouting the fundamental freedoms it represents. xitter.cf/realdonaldtrump/status… – at Chicago, IL

With all of the Fake News coming out of NBC and the Networks, at what point is it appropriate to challenge their License? Bad for country!
