The two-week freeze ends tomorrow, but the majority of counties are considered extreme risk so not much will change. Many bars & restaurants still can’t open for dining. That’s been tough for Nick’s Famous Coney Island on Hawthorne b/c a lot of customers come for the atmosphere.
