What has happened to @greenmtngrills support? No replies, horrible availability, it is like customers are on their own now after buying from them.

Customer support is really going down hill. Now it's @tacobell that is not responding. Had issues with an app order, they offered credit codes worth $20 even though we had $50 worth of an order wrong & now they won't respond back.

Tried ordering a @NapoleonProduct grill 3 times, each time the product was damaged in the box (box was in perfect shape though, so poor quality review). Just received a @MonumentGrills and it was perfect first try!

Starting to wonder if @AeroGarden is going downhill. Constantly have bad pods & they don't respond to communication anymore. Now our AeroGarden Farm 12XL is having light issues & I dread having to try and deal with them for help. 😞 What other brands are worth looking into?

What's it like to get a @DoorDash order and have it be correct? Local places can't get simple orders correct & DOORDASH just starts giving a warning about noticing we've had lots of issues recently.. no shit, tell the establishments that, not your users. Cancelling dashpass asap.

Why does @Target just throw shit in a box when ordering online. Doesn't matter what it is, just throw it in a box with zero padding. If it gets destroyed to bad (3rd package in a month with stuff broken or leaking all over the whole order), it is ridiculous!

Replying to @FedExHelp
@FedExHelp delivery had an Operational Delay yesterday and wasn't delivered, today it shows out for delivery but driver just stopped and said it isn't on their truck and nothing he could do. Safe to assume you lost the package?

Also gotta ask, do you not have a way for a driver to note an issue somehow? Being told "nothing I can do" is pretty frustrating.

Why isn’t this a top story on the news right now?! cnn.com/2023/02/11/health/oh…

After a train derailment, Ohio residents are living the plot of a movie they helped make | CNN

When Ben Ratner’s family signed up in 2021 to be extras in the movie “White Noise,” they thought it would be a fun distraction from their day-to-day life in blue-collar East Palestine, Ohio.
