Blown away by how good tiny.help is for customer support. I had a long email from a customer covering 3 topics including API for my main product goodsign.io
1. opened claude - "check tinyhelp"
2. discussed the 3 issues.
3. claude replies!

I've been working on some demo videos for tiny.help
To make the editing real quick, I use Claude to quickly turn a 7m video into a 1m20s video by removing all the dead air and any repeats.

You know who your friends are when they send you messages like this about tiny.help
Loving the new design as well.
Updated tiny.help today, have spent the whole afternoon with Claude in the terminal using /design and it was really cool to work with.
Now off to find some customer for my live support tool. If you're interested in a great deal, hit me up!
I was struggling with the Omarchy Wayland tiling manager when you sign in and wanted to get better at managing windows.
Try my Wayland plugin game by actually doing the commands - live. It's super cool.

This is cool - connecting to my support desk (tiny.help) to pull a customer conversation, solve the ticket and send a reply.
if you're a solo developer - it makes answering questions, squashing bugs and building features - trivial.
Bonkers cool - tried to do a Screen Recording on Omarchy, but it crashed the computer. After rebooting, 1-click claude prompt opens and is going to try and diagnose. Pretty cool use of Linux and AI to mass solve issues quickly!
