ALT Concept art for the Flooded Countryside, one of South of Midnight's regions. Floodwater covers the rolling hills, partially submerging a tractor and a peach tree towards the left of the image. On the right foreground is a scarecrow. In the background on the left, trees lie along horizon, partially covering a 'Flood's Tasty Pig' billboard. In the background on the right are scattered sunflower crop plots and a large fruit tree. In the distance, power lines and a large, peach-shaped structure can be seen.

ALT South of Midnight's official key art. On the left side of the image is a textured version of the South of Midnight logo. On the right side of the image is a portrait of Hazel looking back at the camera over her shoulder with her distaff on her back. Haint limbs stick out on either side. Behind Hazel is a church, and crawling up her shoulder is a snake, while a rabbit is perched ontop. Beneath Hazel is an alligator, a boar, various twisted tree branches, animal skeletons, a dilapidated shack atop a tree stump, and a small wooden boat. Silhouettes of crows are scattered around Hazel and the logo.
