It’s a $20.5M settlement concerning digital privacy, the lawsuit alleges that CVS unlawfully shared users' health, private, and browsing data through embedded tracking technologies without obtaining consent. If you have proof that you visited the website or app (eg. browser search history, screenshots showing dates, and/or email receipts of online purchases), you are eligible for the full $10. If you are not able to provide proof, you are still eligible for $5. The deadline to file a claim is November 16th.
