Germany 🇩🇪 took another big step to #NetZero this week: our auction to build 7 Gigawatts of offshore windparks attracted 4 zero-bids, 4 developers committed to build to 7GW for zero subsidies. This shows the economic viability of large-scale wind projects. Considering that 1GW supplies renewable electricity to around 1 million households & triggers €2-3 billion of renewable investments, 7GW is quite a lot! More to come, 🇩🇪 is very serious & strategic about reaching #NetZero 👇 bundesnetzagentur.de/SharedD…

Happy 25th birthday, European Central Bank @ecb 🎈🎉🎊 ! I had the privilege of attending the festivities in Frankfurt, with inspiring speeches by @Lagarde @vonderleyen @Bundeskanzler & @EP_President . The cake-cutting was done by @Lagarde and former ECB Presidents @mario_draghi_ and Jean-Claude Trichet

We just won the #EIC'23 award for decentralised identity in practice together with @DATEV! Our collaboration for employee access mgmt resulted in 500K credentials issued using @IDunion_SCE infrastructure. The use case saved €2.1M & was implemented in 4 weeks! #Lissi #Wallet

Kryptowährung: Bafin braucht 482 Tage für eine Lizenz

Aktuell dauert es länger als ein Jahr, bis die Bafin eine Kryptolizenz vergibt. Sind die Finanzaufseher gründlich oder langsam?

We @SECGov charged Genesis & Gemini for the unregistered offer & sale of crypto asset securities through Gemini Earn. Crypto intermediaries need to comply with our securities laws. This protects investors. It promotes trust in markets. It’s not optional. It’s the law.

I’m still missing the homogenic sharding in this picture. Roll ups create separate chains, rather than a single multi threaded chain. @VitalikButerin where this that plan go?

Replying to @balajis
Reaching the "basic rollup scaling" milestone in my roadmap diagram. That means: * EIP-4844 rolled out * Rollups partially taking off training wheels, at least to "stage 1" as described here ethereum-magicians.org/t/pro…
