bro what???? it's actually insane how delusional some ppl get after watching streamers wager so much money. In what world is someone sending someone 150k not a loan? Or rather, in what world does someone send someone 150k without expectation that they are paid back? Do you not realize how much money that is? Even if you are a millionaire, that is a massive amount of money. Why would @gamblito22 just give him that money for nothing? You clearly don’t know how the real world works. If someone tries to claim $150,000 was just a "gift," the law doesn't just take their word for it. In fact, it's the exact opposite. The law automatically presumes that a massive chunk of money like that is NOT a gift. The entire burden of proof is on the guy who took the money to prove it was a handout, not on the guy who sent it. Unless he has receipts proving it was a gift, he legally owes that money back.
