If you’re ever wondering why they had to be Charlie Kirk executed in public, this is would be why. This is what they feared the most.

Some of you may wonder why I am so critical of Deseret News and KSL They are owned by my Church and when they frequently post material that is quickly debunked because they couldn't be bothered with doing any form of an investigation it harms the credibility of the Church and it's members by association. On Wednesday within an hour or two of Governor Josh Shapiro's announcement of two measles deaths, both had a fear-mongering article up about measles deaths with a prominent vaccine as the image. You would think they would have learned from Covid, and would have done some form of an investigation into the claims before publishing. At minimum you would think they would tone the language down a bit from '2 dead from measles' to '2 allegedly dead from measles' until the governor's claims were confirmed. Nope, they couldn't wait long enough to do do any research they had to publish the fear-mongering as quickly as possible. Had they waited even a few hours they would have found that the claims made by Josh Shaprio were quickly debunked. In their bio it contains the word principled but is that principled? Is it principled when the majority of their articles contain some form of deception including missing context, half truths, or sometimes as it was in this case, flat out disinformation. If you aren't actually principled in your actions, it's just a meaningless word in a bio. They were deceived, just like the rest of us you say. If that is the case, why not publish a retraction or an admission as the New York Times did the other day. They leave the misinformation out there forever without ever correcting it. If it was just this it would be one thing but they are frequently debunked by history. On Russian Collusion On Covid origins On mRNA Vaccine safety and effectiveness On J6 On election fraud. When they are proven wrong, there is never a retraction or an apology or any form of a consequence. They just expect us to forget it and go on still trusting them. One of three things will happen with Deseret News and KSL. 1) No change and they will continue to drag their reputation down into the pits of hell along with the reputation of the Church and it's members. Their remaining viewers/readers are mostly boomers and as we all know that is a generation that will be largely gone within the decade. What will they do then? 2) They will recognize change is needed and attempt to restore what is left of their credibility while working to attract younger generations that are already sceptical of media. 3) The Church will eventually sell them off upon realizing that they do more harm than good. I know what I hope happens here.

It is now DAY 10 of the scandal that going forward will be known as "LotGate." On August 18, Governor Cox's housing czar Steve Waldrip stood before the Heber City Council and — by his own words — delivered a threat on the Governor's behalf: "My message back from our good governor, who cares deeply about these issues, is: your funding as a county is now at risk, meaning none." He specifically named B&C road funds among the money on the block. The stated grievances: Wasatch County declining to hand a legislative development agreement to Philo Development for 144 high-end lots on 740 acres of SITLA land, and the county joining Summit County to oppose SB258 — the disastrous 2024 "preliminary municipality" law that lets as few as three landowners spin up their own town in counties like ours. The quid pro quo wasn't subtle: reverse course, and the money stops being "at risk." To date, many have dismissed this as dirty business, or "bullying." It goes much deeper — because these are not discretionary funds a governor may steer for policy ends. B&C road funds are formula money. Utah Code 72-2-107 dedicates a fixed share of state Transportation Fund revenue to class B and C roads, and 72-2-108 apportions it among counties and cities by a mandatory statutory formula — 50% weighted road mileage, 50% population — administered by UDOT. The statute says shall. Wasatch County (a Fourth Class county, which is exactly why SB258 reaches us and the Wasatch Front is exempt) doesn't receive these funds as a favor from the Governor's office; it receives them as a matter of law. No governor has lawful authority to condition them, and threatening to zero them out to force a county's land-use decision implicates real law: Utah Code 76-8-201, Official Misconduct — a class B misdemeanor in the criminal code's "Abuse of Office" part, committed when a public servant, intending to benefit another or harm another, knowingly commits an unauthorized act that purports to be an act of his office — and malfeasance in office, a ground for impeachment under Article VI, § 19 of the Utah Constitution. If the Governor directed this message — and his own senior advisor said on the record that he did — that is not hardball. It is, on its face, conduct Utah law treats as abuse of office. And before anyone says "the state ties road money to housing goals all the time" — yes, it does, and that law proves the point. In 2019 the Legislature passed SB34, which conditions eligibility for the Transportation Investment Fund — the big highway-capacity pot in Utah Code 72-2-124 — on cities and counties adopting moderate-income housing strategies and filing annual progress reports. Notice everything about how that works: the conditions were written by the Legislature into statute, they attach to a different fund, and they're enforced through UDOT's programming process against published criteria — not by a governor's emissary at a city council meeting. If Wasatch County ever fell short of those housing-plan requirements, the remedy is spelled out in that statute: TIF ineligibility. Not B&C confiscation. The Legislature attached those strings to TIF money and attached none to B&C funds — 72-2-107 and 72-2-108 are formula-only, by design. A governor who thinks B&C funds should come with conditions has exactly one lawful path: ask the Legislature to change the law. What he cannot do is invent conditions from the podium and enforce them by threat. Separately, I am chasing leads that this funding may have been weaponized before. I have information in hand but will verify before publishing. So where do we go from here? A public recording exists in which the Governor's own senior advisor, speaking in an open meeting, delivers a funding threat expressly as the Governor's message — a threat state law gives the Governor no power to carry out. That cannot be hand-waved away. There are two avenues to accountability, and both need your help. 1. Censure through the Republican Party's State Central Committee. The SCC meets tomorrow [VERIFY date], and I understand Governor Cox plans to attend for the first time in years — draw your own conclusions. Under the party constitution, it's too late for this to be a noticed agenda item (28 days' written notice, Bylaw 2.0.C.1), though a majority of members in attendance can add business from the floor (Const. Art. IV.E). I believe a rushed floor vote before members know the facts would be a mistake — a failed censure helps Cox. What tomorrow is for: every SCC member talking to every other SCC member about what's on that tape. The formal paths are a properly noticed resolution at the next meeting, or a special SCC meeting, which the Chair or 25% of all voting members may call (Const. Art. IV.C) on one week's notice. A censure resolution can also demand a recorded roll-call vote (25% of members present, Bylaw 2.0.D) — permanently posted on the party's website within 14 days, so every member's position on funding-as-a-weapon becomes public record. Remember: every Republican candidate, Cox included, signs a certification accepting the party platform "as the standard by which my performance as a candidate and as an officeholder should be evaluated" (Bylaw 8.0.A). Hold him to the standard he signed. 2. The formal state process exists for exactly this. Utah law (Code 63A-14) created an Independent Executive Branch Ethics Commission with jurisdiction over the Governor. Any two registered Utah voters with personal knowledge may file (in this case two eye witnesses on Heber City's council will do the trick); complaints must allege a "violation" — a high crime, a misdemeanor, or malfeasance in office, the same three grounds for impeachment in the Utah Constitution. Two independent legal routes fit these facts: Route 1 — Malfeasance in office (63A-14-102(5)(b)): an intentional act relating to the duties of office that is a substantial breach of the trust imposed by the nature of the office and against commonly accepted standards of honesty and morality. Directing an advisor to convey a funding threat is unambiguously an act of the office. The breach of trust is the heart of it: 72-2-107/108 make apportionment mandatory, so the Governor either threatened to do what the law forbids or invoked power he doesn't possess to coerce a county's independent governmental decision — either way, misuse of the office's authority against the very statutes he's sworn to execute. And "do X or lose funding the law entitles you to" is comfortably within what ordinary people call dishonest dealing. Route 2 — The misdemeanor hook: "misdemeanor" is its own independent category of violation, and 76-8-201 fits the fact pattern squarely — an unauthorized act purporting to be an act of his office, with intent to harm the county or benefit the developer whose project the county declined. Criminal referral to the Attorney General or the Wasatch County Attorney is also open on this statute, complaint or no complaint. Who would judge such a complaint? Five commissioners: two former state elected officials or senior executive-branch managers (out of office at least four years), one former judge or attorney, and two citizens. None may be a sitting officeholder, agency head, lobbyist, or state employee. Four of the five are appointed from names put forward by the other statewide elected officials — the Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Auditor, and Treasurer — not chosen freely by the Governor, and the law strips the Governor of any power to remove a commissioner while a complaint against him is being considered (63A-14-202(3)(e)(ii)). The process: the commission screens whether the alleged conduct would be grounds for impeachment, holds an evidentiary hearing under the Utah Rules of Evidence, and deliberates; it takes four of five votes on clear and convincing evidence to find merit. A merit finding is made public and delivered to the Speaker of the House and Senate President — the on-ramp to impeachment. One thing to understand now: the law makes any pending complaint strictly confidential — participants who talk about one face dismissal of the complaint and contempt. So if this route is ever taken, the silence you hear will be the process working, not the story dying. Don't ask; don't speculate; let it run. The Governor's office met with county leaders today to "seek resolution." Understand what that means: an apology tour doesn't un-say what was said on August 18, and it doesn't repeal the statutes that were threatened. For everyone sick of watching this administration bulldoze local communities to enrich connected developers: this is the moment the pattern surfaced on tape. Accountability doesn't happen by itself — it happens because citizens, SCC members, county officials, and legislators refuse to let it be hand-waved away. Talk to your SCC members before tomorrow. Share the recording. When enough people are aware of this quid-pro-quo scandal, justice and accountability will be demanded by nearly every Utahn. Utah's please read this. Cox is willfully threatening to break state law because he feels he is above the law. Makes sense coming from a Governor who cheated the last state gubernatorial election.

Today, on my final day as Director of National Intelligence, I’m releasing never-before-seen communications and documents exposing how Dr. Fauci provided millions in US taxpayer dollars to fund dangerous gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab, worked with politicized elements within the Intelligence Community to suppress the truth about his actions and hide the virus’ lab-leak origins, and lied to Congress while under oath in 2024. It’s time you know the truth. odni.gov/index.php/newsroom/…

SCOTUS JUST PUBLISHED THE EXACT LIST OF RIGHTS PARENTS NOW HAVE IF A SCHOOL TRIES TO BLOCK THEM OUT Not vague victories. Not "parents win somehow." NAMED PROTECTIONS. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. School by school. 🇺🇸 Advance notice — schools must tell parents BEFORE exposing children to the challenged books 🇺🇸 Opt-out right — parents can excuse their children from that specific instruction 🇺🇸 Free Exercise protection — forcing children into lessons that "pose a very real threat of undermining" religious beliefs is unconstitutional 🇺🇸 Preliminary injunction — this is ACTIVE NOW, not pending a future ruling 🇺🇸 Montgomery County, MD — the specific district that started this must comply immediately 🇺🇸 4th Circuit overruled — the lower court that sided with the school board was reversed 🇺🇸 Elementary grades targeted — the ruling applies to the LGBTQ+-inclusive storybooks in elementary English classes 🇺🇸 Nationwide signal — any district with a no-opt-out policy on religious-conflict content now faces the same legal exposure 🇺🇸 Administrative burden — schools must build notification and opt-out systems before the 2025-2026 year begins 🇺🇸 Case continues — the injunction holds while the full lawsuit plays out in lower courts 💀 6-3 vote 💀 Majority: Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett 💀 ZERO deference to the school board's "no opt-out" policy 💀 100% parental religious exercise — that is what the court protected Every protection on this list belongs to parents. Not administrators. PARENTS. Justice Sotomayor warned this "will be chaos for this Nation's public schools." These are the rights that caused that chaos. I'll keep you updated. The Arizona 2020 election had over 923,000 mail-in ballots injected at drop boxes, yet SOS records verified only 189,167 leaving 700,000+ uncertifiable. An independent audit identified another 275,000+ fraudulent ballots, including 168,000 printed on illegal thin paper. Another 75,000 had no request records, but were sent, 18,000 voters were purged off the voter rolls after the election after their votes were counted, and 3,981 voted after the court-ordered registration deadline of October 15th. 20% of 104,000 signatures failed verification, with 1.5 million more unchecked. These Maricopa County failures prove Arizona certified a fraudulent election that was stolen. We need to pass the SAVE America Act or we will lose this country.

🚨The Minnesota fraud empire is falling: Yesterday 15 fraudsters were charged and $90 million was busted. The MSM tried to cover for the fraudsters. @GovTimWalz called it "white supremacy" to expose it and @IlhanMN is completely SILENT. Independent journalism defeated an entire fraud network upheld by billions of dollars with support from corrupt politicians who allowed this fraud and the MSM who failed to report it. Major win for America and hardworking law-abiding taxpaying citizens. This is just the beginning. Arrest them all.

😱 I AM ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED — JAW ON THE FLOOR after watching this video dropped TODAY (May 9, 2026). How is this not front-page news everywhere?! DNA scientist Dr. David J. Speicher drops bombshells on Joe Rogan re: clear FRAUD in the mRNA shots that could blow up their liability protection. They safety-tested one version made WITHOUT DNA plasmids… then injected millions with a completely different product loaded with massive untested DNA contamination, including the SV40 promoter (known carcinogen). Kevin McKernan’s sequencing of real injected vials confirmed plasmids everywhere. This explains the turbo cancer explosion. They lied saying genome integration was “impossible.” Criminal! Full video transcript: “Because of the fact that it’s classified as a vaccine, they don’t have to worry about being sued?”
“Well, they do. They do. The immunity from liability is dependent on there having been no fraud and there clearly was fraud.” [continuing with the rest of the transcript as before…] This is the smoking gun — Process 1 vs Process 2, residual DNA with SV40, turbo cancers. They KNEW. When does accountability hit?! Repost if you’re furious. We demand the truth! 🤯💉🔥 Posted May 9, 2026 — Video via @thehealthb0t — Watch & share the full clip

𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝟒𝟔𝟑 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐇𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐒. 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐒. Every time someone trots out the Crusades to lecture Christians or the West, they leave out four centuries of history. I'm putting it back on the record. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 Muhammad died in 632. Within three years, Muslim armies had taken Damascus (635). The next year, Antioch (636). The year after that, the entire Holy Land (637) — the spiritual center of Christendom, gone. Armenia became the first Christian nation fully conquered (639). Egypt, the Coptic Christian power, fell two years later (641). By 650, Muslim forces had reached southern Italy and Cyprus, taking thousands of captives as "𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘴" and "𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘶𝘣𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴." Then came Spain — Muslim armies crossed from North Africa in 711 and overran most of Iberia by 715. In roughly 80 years, Christianity lost the Middle East, North Africa, and most of the Iberian Peninsula. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 — 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝𝐥𝐲 This was not exploration. This was conquest. In 717, Muslim forces besieged Constantinople itself — the capital of Eastern Christendom. The siege lasted a year before they were repelled. Had it succeeded, the path into Europe would have been wide open. In 730, they invaded France. Charles Martel stopped them at Tours. In 792, the ruler of Al-Andalus called for a second invasion of France. Repelled. In 848, a third invasion of France. Repelled again. In 827, Muslims invaded Sicily and Italy, persecuting monks and pillaging Christian communities. Sicily would remain under Islamic rule for 250 years. In 846, they invaded Rome itself and forced the Pope to pay tribute. By 909, they had taken Sardinia. This was relentless, coordinated, and existential. More churches in Jerusalem were torched alongside it. In 1009, the Church of the Resurrection was destroyed. By 1012, Al-Hakim's oppressive decrees against Christians had begun in earnest. Christian pilgrims could no longer safely visit the sites of Christ's ministry. The holiest city in Christendom was ruled by a hostile power systematically destroying the faith itself. In 1094, Byzantine Emperor Alexios I Komnenos sent envoys to Rome begging Western Christendom for military aid. In 1095, Pope Urban II declared the First Crusade. 𝟒𝟔𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭. The most scandalous part of all of this is the fact that the Utah courts commandeered a power that, under the Utah Constitution, belongs exclusively to the Utah Legislature: The power to redistrict. Instead of letting the Utah Legislature do that, the courts did it themselves.
Utah Supreme Court Justice embroiled in scandal over an alleged affair with the lead attorney for the left-wing groups that forced Utah to accept a 3-1 congressional map (against the vote of the legislature) resigns. Everything about the Utah map situation is sketchy.
