Vladimir Putin couldn't deliver a speech at the UN General Assembly due to ICC arrest warrant, but Benjamin Netanyahu can deliver his speech at the UN even with ICC arrest warrant! How much Zionist lobby have control over the UN and US.
This world has completely lost its meaning

and frankly referring to hotd costumes as cheap (they aren’t) is insulting to the costuming team. hours and hours and hours are spent hand beading and hand embroidering these gowns and doublets. your beef is with whomever decides the lighting on the show

This outfit in particular being given as an example of the costumes not looking fancy or expensive... like look at the LUSTRE on that fabric

It's really funny to me how this whole "Magnificent Century vs HOTD" could have been a chance to highlight MC and let HOTD fans know that there's a show out there they might also enjoy, but instead they had to go for "our show is way better than your slop" instead.

hotd costume discourse for some reason always veers heavily into sexism. like, heaven forbid a woman is not trying to look pretty all the damn time.

HOTD has writing issues for sure, but a lot of the complaints i see online actually comes from people not paying attention loool

I tried to explain this. Book readers and just non-industry in general don’t get it. It’s damned near impossible to do any of this faithfully with the amount of real life variables that a book never has to consider? Unquantifiable.
#HouseOfTheDragon showrunner Ryan Condal on the changes from book to screen:
“For me, necessary changes in the translation of something from one medium to another seem less controversial. People have to understand that I have 200 pages of prose to work with to make four seasons of television. And this stuff, believe me, keeps me up at night more than anybody.
But between season 2 and season 3, I just realised that I really can’t live like this anymore, just worrying about every little thing. I have to trust my instincts as somebody who’s read Fire & Blood probably more than anybody else on the planet at this point. And I still regard this adaptation as tremendously faithful to the overall text and the broad story that it is telling, even when there are individual moments that are surprising or different”

I enjoyed tf out of season 3, very excited for season 4. A reminder that Twitter is just a loud cesspool of hate, but it’s the minority
To anyone who gets triggered by these high ratings, may I suggest getting some fresh air

Every single time this fandom reads a Condal quote, there's a cloud of anger over their eyes and they completely miss the point of everything he says
For example, he said "A magic went out of the world when Helaena died"
What the fandom read: ALL MAGIC WENT OUT OF THE WORLD??? Fuck this guy, doesn't he know there's other dreamers? He is a fraud and a hack, someone fire him!

"Maybe they changed Helaena's storyline to give her a reason to commit suicide after GRRM called them out!"
And people say it's the fans of the show who are coping too hard holy fuck.
