What’s happening on the other side of the world right now?
I built a fun little doodle to find out. Scroll the clock, hop through time zones, and peek through live webcams.

Obsidian is the best markdown editor I've used so far.
My writing looks like an article, not a code editor.
I didn't know you could do this until last week. Tell the agent to spawn other agents.
Then you can keep talking to your main agent while the others work.
Waiting 3 minutes between prompts made it hard to stay engaged. This helps keep me in the flow.
Having calculators doesn't mean we don't need to understand mathematics.
Software engineers are still needed.
(this is me trying to figure out my place in the world now)
My engineering agent says it needs to stop feature work for 6 weeks while it refactors some legacy code.
"Why spend 6 minutes doing something manually when you can spend 6 hours failing to automate it" ....
...is, unfortunately, no longer a funny joke.
If you use Claude and switch your terminal to a light theme, make sure you type /theme and change it "auto".
Otherwise your prompts will look weird.
Also, the Recursive typeface makes for a pleasant terminal reading experience. I increased the line height, and made the letter spacing slightly smaller.
Today I felt sad that I won’t be coding nearly as much as I once was.
It will be a treat now, not a necessity.
For the first time I had two Claude terminals talking to each other.
One was driving @sketch for design, the other was the rails engineer.
I’d make something in sketch, then tell the designer to send it to the engineer.
Then they would go back and forth until they agreed it was done.
What????
Multiplying and dividing large numbers by hand is extremely time consuming.
Calculators must have blown people's minds like AI is for us right now.
