Bitcoin fees are measured in satoshis per virtual byte (sat/vB). Most Bitcoin nodes enforce a 1 sat/vB minimum fee rate by default.
👉 More sat/vB = faster confirmation.
👉 Less sat/vB = slower, or even stuck forever.
