Halvor Lines keeps freight moving across 49 states in the U.S. and Canada. For years, a signed document at Halvor Lines could take months to come back. Not because anyone was slow. Because it had to travel through one of 200–300 physical mail slots — found by a driver, signed, and mailed back across terminals. HR, safety, and operations spent their days chasing paper instead of running the business. When Halvor went looking for a better way, they evaluated over 10 solutions, including some of the biggest names in the industry. Their use case was specific: whatever they chose had to work inside the systems they already ran. Most vendors wanted Halvor to adapt to them. We did the opposite. We built the workflow around Halvor, using Signeasy's API to connect signing directly into their existing systems. As Bonnie Ramsay, Chief Information Process Officer at Halvor Lines, put it: "Signeasy was the only one that jumped on board with us and made it work." Seven years later: - Halvor runs a fleet of over 600 trucks, and the paperwork keeps up — turnaround that once took months now happens in under 48 hours. - Completed documents return automatically through the API, so HR, safety, and operations all pull from one place. - Thousands of documents processed every month, ready the moment a DOT auditor needs them. Replacing paper with digital signatures is the easy part. The real work is making a slow, hard-to-track process simple for drivers to complete, and easy for HR, safety, and operations to manage from one platform. Growing alongside a customer for seven years is something we don't take for granted. Proud to keep building with the entire team at Halvor Lines.

16 years calls for a celebration. 🎉 This video captures a few of our favorite moments from Signeasy's 16th anniversary celebration. The laughter, the conversations, the games, the memories, and the people who make Signeasy what it is. A big thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far. Here's to the next chapter. 💙 #Signeasy #16YearsOfSigneasy #CompanyCulture #TeamCelebration #LifeAtSigneasy

.@PolicaroGroup runs seven luxury automotive dealerships across Canada. As the business has grown, so has the volume of HR documents that need to move across locations. They switched to @GetSigneasy's Intelligent Contract Management because it was easy to adopt and helped them keep contracts organized after they were signed. Always exciting to see growing companies choose tools that remove complexity instead of adding to it.

A little behind-the-scenes from our latest launch. The entire launch video was created using @Kling_ai What pleasantly surprised me was the reaction from colleagues and customers who saw it before we published it. Most of them could not guess it was AI-generated until we told them. To me, that's because they were focused on the story. We wanted to capture the everyday frustrations of contract work — the approvals, the reminders, the searching — and show how Intelligent Contract Management removes that friction. AI helped us iterate faster and spend more time refining the narrative. But every scene got a human pass. The technology made production faster, but the story still had to be shaped, judged, and refined by people who understood exactly what frustration and relief should look like on screen. Thanks to everyone who watched and shared, and to the Kling AI team for making this possible.

If you'd told 2010-me that this photo would exist one day, I wouldn't have believed you. I've been staring at it for a while, trying to figure out what to write. When I first met some of the people in this photo, I never imagined we'd still be working together three, five, or even twelve years later. I definitely didn't imagine we'd bond over football matches, music, or conversations that had nothing to do with work. Some of them have seen me at my most anxious and my most proud. Sometimes in the very same meeting. Looking at this photo, I don't just see teammates. I see people who stepped up when things got hard, challenged my thinking, made me laugh when I needed it most, and cared about this company as if it were their own. That's what sixteen years really look like. Not a timeline of milestones or product launches, but thousands of ordinary moments that added up because the right people kept choosing to show up. To everyone in this photo, and to everyone who was in an earlier one: thank you. Thank you for believing in what we were building @GetSigneasy , for believing in each other, and for making the journey far more meaningful than I ever imagined it would be. Here's to the next chapter. 🥂

eSignatures used to be a differentiator. Now they're just... expected. Like Wi-Fi in a hotel room. What's actually hard is what happens after the signature. The contract lands somewhere. A drive, an inbox, a folder someone swears is organized. And then it just sits there, until Finance needs a payment term, or a renewal quietly kicks in, or HR gets asked for an agreement nobody can find. That's the real problem growing businesses have, and it's the one we built #IntelligentContractManagement to solve. It brings together eSignature, contract intelligence, a centralized contract repository, conversational AI search, and renewal tracking, giving Finance, Sales, HR, Procurement, Operations, IT, and Legal one place to manage contracts from signature to renewal. Wrote the whole story behind it here: signeasy.com/blog/company/in…

Today, @GetSigneasy turns 16. We're marking the occasion with the biggest launch in our history: Intelligent Contract Management. When we started in 2010, our goal fit in one sentence: make signing a document effortless. No printers, no scanners, no chasing someone down for a printer. 16 years and thousands of businesses later, we've learned something about contracts: the signature is the easy part. It's everything after that gets messy. Contracts don't belong to one team. Sales owns customer agreements. HR manages offer letters. Finance tracks payment terms. Procurement handles vendors. IT renews software licenses. Legal supports them all. And yet most of those contracts end up scattered across inboxes, shared drives, and a spreadsheet somebody last updated in March. That's what #IntelligentContractManagement fixes. Every team can now: - Route contracts through approval and eSignature workflows - Keep every contract in one secure, searchable repository - Find any contract or clause instantly with AI-powered search - Catch renewals and obligations before they cost you money - Have one shared view across HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, IT, and Legal For 16 years, we've helped businesses get contracts signed. Starting today, we're helping them manage everything that comes after the signature too. We made a video to tell this story in under 120 seconds. Give it a watch.

Dr. Mobicare is on @GetSigneasy #Healthcare is one of the most regulated industries out there, and for good reason: compliance is how providers earn and keep patient trust. That's why Dr. Mobicare needed #21CFRPart11 compliance, #HIPAA support, and complete audit trails, all while keeping contract signing and sending simple for their team. Proud to support another healthcare team as they continue to grow.

This week, “#Docusighhh” is all over #SanFrancisco. And there’s no better place to have this conversation. In a city that has shown the world what great software feels like, too many growing businesses still deal with hidden fees, surprise renewals, slow support, and tools that are simply harder to use than they should be. @GetSigneasy, we believe businesses deserve better software that grows with them without getting in the way. Have you spotted one of our “Some tools make you DocuSighhhhh” billboards yet? You’ll find them across the city, from Union Square to the Embarcadero and the Powell Street cable car turnaround. If you see one, snap a photo, tag Signeasy, and we’ll happily reshare it.

Here's a combination we keep seeing in life sciences: 21 CFR Part 11 compliance plus a Microsoft 365 shop that needs contracts to live inside #SharePoint. It's why TSS AB came to @GetSigneasy. They needed #21CFRPart11 for regulatory compliance and a SharePoint integration, so their team can send, sign, and store contracts without leaving the tools they already work in. If your team is juggling the same two demands, that's exactly what Signeasy is for: compliance and SharePoint, together, without the enterprise price tag. #ContractManagement

Companies like @Rappi, @Halvor_Lines, Digital Envoy, and more, have switched their contract management to @GetSigneasy. They tell us the reasons are simple: → Pricing that doesn’t keep creeping up → A product their teams can use without training → Features that support every step of their contract management → A support team that responds quickly and actually feels like a partner If you’ve ever felt that quiet “docusighhh” with your contract management platform, their stories in this new video might feel very familiar. We have a billboard in #TimesSquare, New York. "CLM is for enterprises with $$$$$$. Signeasy is for everyone else." Over the last couple of years, as we moved @GetSigneasy beyond eSignatures into end-to-end contract management, the market had already made up its mind about who it was for. Big legal teams with big budgets and long implementation timelines. Everyone else, i.e., the Sales rep trying to close before the end-of-quarter, the HR manager onboarding ten people at once, the Ops lead juggling vendor agreements, just had to figure it out on their own. So we built for them instead. To fill this gap. For Finance tracking contract renewals. IT reviewing vendor agreements. Procurement looking at all supplier contracts. HR onboarding without the back-and-forth. Teams who live inside contracts every day but were never the target customer for the tools that existed. What they needed wasn't complicated. A central place where every contract is easy to find. Signature and approval workflows that move as fast as the work does. A way for IT, Finance, Sales, HR, and Ops to work together on contracts and not in silos. AI that surfaces what matters in seconds. Renewal reminders so nothing slips through the cracks. Modern contract management doesn't have to be heavy, complex, or reserved for a select few. It can be simple, powerful, and accessible to everyone else. Today, @GetSigneasy is outside Javits Center handing out sad-face cookies. And New Yorkers keep stopping. You'd be surprised how many people just get it immediately. The surprise renewal. The overages. The invoice that assumed you're an enterprise. The support ticket that went nowhere. We call it DocuSIGHHHHHHHH. Because mid-market and SMB teams don't need bloated enterprise software. They need something built for how they actually work. And that's why we're on the streets of Manhattan today. Learn more: signeasy.com/docusigh #DocuSigh #Signeasy

We parked a truck outside @CLOClegal It said: "CLM is for enterprises with $$$$$$. Signeasy is for everyone else." Let me explain. CLM is a powerful product. The workflow breadth, the tooling from intake to finalizing the contract, and the integrations. It's solving real problems for large legal teams. But powerful doesn't mean right for everyone. CLM is built for enterprises with dedicated legal teams, six-figure budgets, and atleast 3-6 months to spend on implementation for it’s complexity. That's a real market. The much larger, more underserved market? Small and mid-sized companies that have outgrown basic eSign tools but aren't ready for the complexity (or the cost) of a full CLM. They have contract management needs spanning every business department. They need more than "send and sign." But they can't absorb a six-month rollout or a dedicated admin just to keep the system running. A product can be excellent and still be wrong for you. That's the gap @GetSigneasy is built for. Contract Management with AI at Every Layer. Send and sign contracts in minutes. Store, track, and find anything instantly — AI surfaces every contract, every insight, the moment you need it. Never miss a renewal again. One intelligent platform, total visibility and control across every contract in your business. Fast to set up. Built for all teams. No enterprise price tag. Try Intelligent Contract Management if you are not ready for a CLM. #Signeasy #IntelligentContractManagement #CLM #CLOC
