Updated 'wall of books wot I wrote and covers wot I made' #NoAI
Zoooooom. 4 days down, 5k per day.
(Tango Victor is Harriet Walsh 5, much requested by fans of the first 4)
That enormous 165,000 word epic I tweeted about as I wrote it JUST cracked the top 100 'Occult Suspense' bestsellers on Amazon UK. (It's a preorder. Release is November 11)
Started on Harriet Walsh #5 tonight, 2000 words in already.
Just as well I knocked off that 7000 words to finish Hal 11 earlier today ;-)
The new Harriet Walsh novel (WIP) has exploded into life. I've taken a murder plot for a contemporary crime novel I was going to write, and made it a Peace Force novel instead. Probably 1/100th the potential audience, but 100x the enjoyment for me.
My Hal Spacejock #11 WIP is no longer a WIP but a WC (work complete)
I just finished exporting to various files and the ebook is up for preorder everywhere. Paperback via Amazon.

And now I have Harriet Walsh #5 open on my desktop

Elite Dangerous , On sale now until 8th , to pass this up would be ludicrous , enter one of the biggest space games ever, a lovely helpful community , do many cools things, make friends for life ,change your life @EliteDangerous @frontierdev
"Best Hal Spacejock Novel Yet", declares Hal Spacejock author.
Seriously though, I'm having fun.
(No bias detected)
Just a reminder - I wouldn't download yWriter from anywhere but the official site (spacejock.com) as someone showed me a github link earlier with an unauthorised copy (probably a trojan), all my artwork, help files, etc.
I mean FFS, yWriter is freeware.
I just put 2kg of chicken strips in the dehydrator, and my dog will now sit there guarding it for the next 18 hours.
My WIP, The Crooked Cargo is going rather well. #amwriting
Also, I seem to have qualified for another Featured Deal with Bookbub, this one for A Riddle in Bronze. (Paranormal Suspense)
Hal Spacejock 11: The Crooked Cargo is coming along fantastically well. 23,000 words in 6 days, 35k to go. And I'm laughing myself silly writing it. The plot works, the characters are great, the stakes are higher than ever.
It's nice when a long series still has legs.
Nothing like finishing the last chapter of your novel in the morning and setting up the preorder in the afternoon.
Indie publishing is great.
